Ever wondered if your experiences could be rooted in trauma? Whether singular or complex, trauma continues to impact our lives, influencing present and future encounters through patterns or dynamics from the past. With genuine passion, I specialize in guiding individuals through these challenges, empowering you to recognize and address these patterns, and overcome barriers to the happiness you deserve.

My approach is personalized to meet your specific needs, ensuring we address your unique experiences and goals. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques including Brainspotting, IFS, and EMDR, alongside talk therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.

In our sessions, I view therapy as a collaborative journey. I provide a safe and supportive environment where together, we explore learned behaviors like loose or rigid boundaries, low self-esteem, and critical inner dialogue. My aim is to equip you with the tools to heal from unhealthy patterns, and foster positive beliefs and behaviors.

I offer couples and relationship therapy using the Gottman Method to help strengthen your relationships. My process includes 90-minute joint sessions and one 60-minute individual session for each partner. After these sessions, I conduct an assessment to develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs. My focus is on improving communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution, among other issues. I create a safe space where you can express yourselves openly and gain valuable insights into your partner(s)’ feelings.

Proudly Sex-positive and allied with the LGBTQIPA+ community, I work with both traditional and non-traditional relationships.
